RemoteDesktopManager 1.0 release

No it’s not a new application. It’s the new name for TSCManager. At the time that name made sense to me :)
Release notes:

  • N: Group rename (select group node, edit group combo, hit save)
  • I: Application renamed to RemoteDesktopManager.
